Key responsibilities: 1.Warehouse Daily Operations Management Develop and implement warehouse management policies, supervise end-to-end processes including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping, ensuring compliance with company policy. Implement 5S for warehouse site management, optimize warehouse layout and space utilization, and plan storage zones for specific materials Conduct monthly/annual physical stocktaking to ensure SAP system-record alignment and maintain inventory accuracy. Inventory control, avoid material loss, reduce none moving inventory, and put forward suggestions for Inventory optimization, improve the health of inventory. 2.SAP System Management Lead daily SAP operations for warehouse modules (inbound/outbound, inventory transfers, data maintenance), ensuring real-time system data accuracy 3.Material Requisition & Production Support Centralize requisition approval for routine materials (packaging, consumables, tools) Collaborate with Procurement/Production to pre-stage critical assembly components for Just-in-Time (JIT) supply. 4.Team & Cross-functional Collaboration Manage warehouse teams (around) at two factories, overseeing training, performance evaluation, and inter-site staffing allocation. Coordinate with cross function department to resolve material exceptions (e.g.,quailty shortages, returns), enhancing supply chain responsiveness. 5. HSE & Compliance HSE control in warehouse, to ensure adherence to Chinese regulations and Group policy. 6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors in a timely manner Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree, majoring in logistics/supply chain is preferred 2. More than 5 years of warehouse management experience and 3 years of SAP system experience 3. English can be used as a working language.
