Arragne On-site installation and troubleshooting for customers. 安排客戶現場設備安裝調試及故障解決。 c. Solve the problem of our products and keep the good relationship with customer. 解決產品問題并與客戶保持良好關系。 d. Give presentations and training internal or external. 提供售后服務的內外部培訓。 e. Presentation of a project or product to the customer. 為客戶解答產品相關問題。 2.Project support項目支持: a. Discuss with customer for their demand and try to find solution with Soleras equipment. 跟客戶溝通搜集客戶需求，提供設備相關的解決方案。 b. Feedback customer requirements to design team. 向設計團隊反饋客戶端設備相關的需求。 c. Feedback product defects to design team. 向設計團隊反饋產品的缺陷。 d. Assist products assembling and QC out check in facility. 協助生產部門設備的安裝調試和質檢部門的產品出廠檢驗。 3. Working in team團隊工作: a. Schedules own work in cooperation with other team members. 與其他相關部門合作制定售后計劃。 b. Takes care of a clear communication between engineering and customer. 與相關團隊和客戶保持良好的溝通。 4. Knowledge知識: a. Follows the evolution of the production processes. 了解產品工藝。 b. Stays up to date on the market evolution. 關注市場情況。 1. Bachelor or above, major in electrical engineering or equivalent by experience. 本科及以上學歷，電氣相關專業，具有相關的工作經驗。 2. Has a very practical insight and excellent active listening and customer service skills. 熟練的溝通技巧和客戶服務技能。 3. Good knowledge of the PVD sputtering hardware products will be a plus. 具有PVD濺射鍍膜設備相關知識和經驗的優先考慮。 4. Is fluent in English and Chinese, both written an oral. 具有熟練的英語書寫和口語能力。
