1. Design production process to satisfy the customer according to their demands, including but not limited to cleaning, PVD coating, laser marking; 根據客戶不同需求設計生產工藝流程，含清洗、PVD鍍膜、激光劃線等； 2. Responsible for the new product's design, develop and test. Solve technical problems in product development process; 負責客戶新品需求的設計研發和測試，解決研發過程中各種技術問題； 3. Optimize production process to improve production efficiency, solve the problem in production; 協助客戶優化生產工藝流程提高生產效率；解決客戶生產中的各種問題； 4.Make the technical file/presentations according to demand. 根據需求制定技術文件和培訓資料； 6. Give presentations/training internal/external; 提供內部和外部相關的技術培訓； 7. Presentation of a project/product to the customer; 提供客戶產品或者項目演示和培訓。 任職要求： 1. Bachelor in physics, materials science, vacuum science, optics or other related majors. 本科以上學歷，物理學、材料學、真空專業、光學或其他相關專業。 2. Have more than 5 years of on-line coater related working experience. 具有5年以上連續鍍膜線或者單體鍍膜機相關工作經驗。 3. Professional technical experience in glass cleaning, laser marking or glass lamination/IGU in the coating industry is priority. 具有鍍膜行業玻璃清洗機、激光劃線、玻璃層壓/IGU專業工藝技術經驗者優先。 4. Good command of oral and written English and computer skills. 能夠熟練運用書面和口頭英語及電腦。 5. Adapt to business trip. 能夠適應客戶端出差。
